Spent my 29th birthday pretty much by myself since I had to go to class for bar classes, come home take my pregnant person nap, do a performance test and go visit Bear and Joe at the hospital. Not what I'd hoped for, but not sad at all... it was nice to find a vmail every hour to wish me happy birthday and just to get news that Bear was doing better. I was hoping he'd come home today, but it looks like he may tomorrow.. thats all I want right now. Studying for the bar has been a grueling experience and seriously Im forgetting everything I remember. All the while, Im feeling massive guilt for not being with Bear and making Joe take on the huge responsibility of taking care of him all day long.

I have to admit now, I think I put a little too much on my plate. Im gonna be TOO pregnant to take the test and its hard with a 2 year old already who is stronger than me already. I can't sleep because im too uncomfortable, Im starting to retain water and Im STRESSED. However I do know and appreciate the fact that I am lucky to have the option to do all this and be where I am, with a husband that is so patient, strong and humble and a son that is just the world to me and his father, the funniest kid we know. Im only 29 and I feel like I have so much to be thankful for.....

Today we visited a place called Wonder Years next to our home. It was a nice little school for kids 18 mo and over. My mom has been having a difficult time watching Bear and Bear seems to crave interaction with other kids so we decided to go look into some schools. The school was nice and as clean as it could be for little germies walking around all day, but it looked like a place Bear would have fun and learn alot. Im getting excited just thinking about how much Bear will be absorbing in school. I can't believe he's already big enough to go to school and be on a child's schedule. Snack time, nap time, learning time.. etc. Its amazing cause I told Joe that once we put him into school, it won't stop until he's 22 .. poor bear. anyways.. i posted pictures on facebook but here's some for those who haven't signed onto facebook YET. =) And.. no, im not one of those moms whose lives revolve around their kid, not that its a bad thing, but my camera only takes pictures of cute things.. so that excludes all things that are not babies and dogs.

 Week 1 of being a full time mommy ( still working tho..)

I get woken up by Bear kicking my head, ( he ends up perpendicular to my body and somehow at my face, maybe joe leaves him that way when he goes to work..) then I feed him breakfast with lots of veggies and attempt giving him milk through a sippy cup, which he ends up sipping and then throwing it at the floor.   then the rest of the day we either go to Gymboree, go shopping, go to the park or whatever I can do with a 13 month old. The things I can do with him are slowly depleting and now he is gaining control of what we do... which I dont mind becuase its mostly just playing all day =)

I've been carrying my camera with me lately so I've been good with taking pictures.. here's a few.

My law school buddy Jazmine had a baby about 8 mo after me, his name is JJ and he super happy smiley cuddly.. here's the babies with their super cool daddies.  And a face shot of Jazmine in the bottom right.

Bear loves the 50cent rides at the mall, my greatest excuse for telling Joe lets go to the mall, unfortunately, I've run out of things to look at for EVERY STORE. Maybe staying at home is just not for me..

At westside they have this game projector thing where you stomp on the ball or whatever and it reacts to your footsteps.. Bear could play for hours..

We picked up Nikki from the groomers and Bear walked her home, he is soo gentle with her.. he insisted on walking her, for about a total of 5 feet. =)

We had lunch with the Chois in Glendale.. Bear loved Maxine's dad.

thats about it.. i've just been playing my DS at night, reading books and cooking everything I can with what we have in our pantry and trying to stay resourceful....
